Help Wanted: Highway Equipment Operator/ Laborer – Town of Hebron
The Town of Hebron is looking to hire a full-time Highway Equipment Operator to join our crew! This is a 40+-hour-per-week position with a full benefits package.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class B or higher
- Plowing experience preferred
- Backhoe/ loader experience a plus
Responsibilities include:
- Snow plowing and sanding town roads in winter
- General road maintenance year-round
- Ditching and culvert work
- Mowing and brush removal
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair
We’re a small rural town, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in all kinds of weather, operating heavy equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in keeping Hebron’s roads safe and in good shape.
